The Neutral Nourishment Program is a highly supportive nutrition coaching program built on the following principles

food, bodies, and health are morally neutral - they can't be good or bad
nuance and your personal circumstances are the foundation for sustainable healthy habits - there's not a "right way" to be healthy

you are the expert of your body and what makes it feel good - it may not feel like it because the noise breaks the intuitive connection

We’ll go over your health & food history & start establishing 2-3 specific goals with an action plan.

We’ll meet weekly to talk about what's going well, struggles, and adjust your plan.
