The Neutral Nourishment Program is a highly supportive nutrition coaching program built on the following principles

food, bodies, and health are morally neutral - they can't be good or bad

nuance and your personal circumstances are the foundation for sustainable healthy habits - there's not a "right way" to be healthy

you are the expert of your body and what makes it feel good - it may not feel like it because the noise breaks the intuitive connection

We’ll go over your health & food history & start establishing 2-3 specific goals with an action plan.

We’ll develop a unique plan based on your goals, and you’ll have concrete steps to follow between sessions.

Copy of Fully Half-Assed Recipes that has 16 easy and simple recipes plus meal planning tips and templates.

8 follow up sessions | 30-45 min

We’ll meet weekly to talk about what's going well, struggles, and adjust your plan. 

unlimited message support

You’ll have access to message me via the client portal to ask questions, celebrate successes, address challenges, etc.
